  • Assisted the Directorate of Science Technology and Innovation (DSTI) in designing and implementing strategies and roadmap to launch the National Digital Public Goods (DPG) governance structure in Sierra Leone.
  • Created comprehensive reports, DPG infographics, and documentation for governmental and partner organizations, such as stakeholder analyses and programmatic evaluations, to support decision-making and funding applications.
  • Built and strengthened relationships with key DPG stakeholders, including government entities, NGOs, and private sector partners involved in digital innovation and development projects, enhancing coordination and cooperation.
  • Provided programmatic and operational support for the development of the OpenG2P financial platform, ensuring sustainable management and monitoring of deployed digital solutions.

  • Designed and built technologies and materials used for STEM training (3D printer, TICK STEM kit and Cartooino Project Book)
  • Conducted 3-day community development project with 100 participants to build solar panel and introduce 3D printing, aimed at democratizing social innovation: reinvented project execution approach to successfully execute project on €800 budget.
  • Raised €3000 in crowdfund to start One Student One Arduino (1S1A), 3D printing, and TICK STEM free STEM projects in Nigeria that introduces primary and junior secondary school students to Internet of Things (IoT) and the concept of digital fabrication, respectively
  • Assembled 32 Arduino starter kits for 1S1A program, training 300+ students on IoT through Arduino technology and built TICK STEM box with ability to harness renewable energy, introducing 20000+ pupils across 8 states in Nigeria to digital fabrication.

  • Co-managed €60,000 open-source technology project (Hackathon) in Tunisia that yielded a 5-axis CNC machine, 1 Giant 3D printer, and 1 compact and scalable 3D printers, enabling collaboration between European makers and Tunisian inventors, saving €20,000 in cost.
  • Led team of 7 and executed €60,000 open-source development project to build one of the biggest laser cutting machines in the world, saving Arab-German Young Academy €30,000 by discouraging build of the well documented 3-axis CNC machine.
  • Directed technology development phase and project management for open-source workshop in Palestine; facilitated assembly of 15 3D printers and a 3-axis CNC milling machine in 2 days, overcoming embargoes from Israeli authorities.
  • Organized international innovation’s challenge—Make A Difference 2017; saved €5000 in project cost by eliminating unhealthy competition and instituting a collaborative framework that produced 10 winners!
  • Collected quality data that facilitated completion of PhD studies; formulated survey initiative that saved €22000 via outsourcing and training that created opportunities for 11 skilled individuals in Nigeria.
